Salem's hockey team is filling
nets and cupboards this season

Dec. 5, 2009, 3 p.m.

There's a good chance Salem's hockey team is leading the Kensington Lakes Activities Association in CGC this season.

That would be canned goods collected.

Prior the the Rocks' Nov. 28 game against Canton, the team secured approximately 500 pounds of canned goods to donate to local charities.

The team is also excelling on the ice, having registered a 2-0-1 record heading into Friday night's rematch against the Chiefs.
