  The  weather outside was snowy and treacherous, and the visiting teams from Clarenceville and Inkster discovered an equally treacherous environment in the Farmington gym.

  North Farmington voided heavyweight to both schools, but other than that only lost one match, a fall at 103 pounds to Clarenceville's Michael Weiss.

  Farmington sported a full line-up and lost only one match on the night, a very close decision to Clarenceville's Coy Sillanpaa. Both Farmington schools benefited from four or five voids.

  Clarenceville was down several wrestlers due to injury or not making weight. Inkster brought more than nine wrestlers, but weight distribution appeared to be their problem. The Vikings had a lot of big guys, but were really thin at the middle weights.
