Plymouth's baseball team manufactured a run and victory in the bottom of the seventh inning of Tuesday's non-conference game against visiting Ann Arbor Huron.

With the game knotted at 3-3, Rich Guglielmi singled with two outs. Pinch-runner then scored when Mike Nadratowski singled and the River Rats committed a subsequent error.

The victory improved the surging 'Cats to 16-12 heading into Wednesday's KLAA cross-over contest at Grand Blanc.

Jackson Burdette earned the win after throwing a perfect seventh inning. Mike Nadratowski threw the first six innings, yielding two earned runs on just four hits.

Guglielmi had a huge day at the plate, launching a two-run home run in the third (scoring Ben Wohl) and doubling in Wohl in the fifth.

Also enjoying productive days at the dish were Wohl (three hits) and Nadratowski, who added a triple to his single.
