  Marcelle Roberson returns for his third season as coach of the Panthers. Assisting him will be James Remenapp. Last year was highlighted by Observerland champion and state qualifier Dwuan Burris.

  Burris beat some highly ranked opponents like Jimmy Mann (fifth in the state) and Raz Markosian. The papers listed Redford Union as having about 16 wrestlers, but they only entered five in individual districts.

  Last season was the finale for the Mega Conference and Redford Union will now be competing in the newly established Western Wayne Athletic Association.

  Graduated from last year's squad are Matt Kibner (112 pounds), Burris (140, state qualifier), Mike D'Arcangelo (145) and Jake Bringard (171).

  Returning wrestlers with varsity experience are Josh Hall, Wade Natho and Christian Colon.

  The line-up for this season is not set, but here is a guess:

103 - Kyle Donahue, freshman;
112 - Skylar Mulvihill, freshman;
119 - David Knox, freshman;
125 - Alex Watson, junior;
130 - Zaire Fortner, junior;
