Italian soccer coach Roberto Alessio, the U16 boys coach for the Slovenian Club Koper, Slovenia, is providing his coaching expertise to the Plymouth Reign’s week-long club soccer camp for the third year in a row.

Alessio, a lawyer and author of numerous publications about soccer in his native Italy, has held both trainer and coaching positions in Italy and Slovenia.

His years of experience teaching youth soccer is providing Plymouth Reign team members exposure to Italian Soccer League training and skills development.

Coach Roberto said that he “loves to teach kids the game of football and is honored to teach at the Reign Club Camp.”

The kids and Reign coaches really appreciate his approach to the game along with his wonderful sense of humor.  A number of the players have stated that he “makes training fun.”

The Plymouth Reign Club Camp runs throughout this week in Hines Park.
